Three one on one essential movement sessions. Each session is 60 minutes that provides a personalized tailored sequence to meet the needs of your whole, individual body.
One private acupuncture or structural integration session. This 60 minute session is a hands on therapy that aligns and balances the body by legenging and repositioning the fascia.
