"Cod-inental Shelf" by Melissa Fisher

Artist Statement:
I wanted to create something that could be used differently this year, more than a wall hanging. This was a fun project, and I envisioned all sorts of uses - from the candles shown to small bowls of nuts and olives, little pots of herbs - only limited by your imagination. And since it's 2-sided, it can be put anywhere.
Artist Biography:
Known primarily for her jewelry creations, Missy has worked with many mediums and likes to continually expand her portfolio of innovations with new designs and challenges. Coming from an artistic family, Missy turned her attention to her artistic endeavors after leaving her professional career in financial services several years ago. She has been the recipient of several awards from the Marblehead Festival of Arts and the Marblehead Arts Association.

Item Special Note
Pick-up of purchased cods will be July 9-14 at MacRea's Goods, 108 Washington St, Marblehead during normal store hours. The winning bidder will receive a notification email with information on pick-up time and location.
If winning bidder requires shipping, winner's credit card will be charged a separate $24.95 fee to cover USPS ground and handling. Shipping is available within the U.S. only and must be requested within 7 days after receipt of the notification email.
Any cod purchased via "Buy Now" will remain on display at the hosting business through the end of the auction, and will be available for pick-up as detailed in the winning bidder notification email.
If winning bidder has not picked up cod (or provided shipping address) within 30 days after the close of the auction, cod will become the property of Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc.
