This auction item includes the following:
A signed and certified print of 'Akala (Hawaiian Raspberry Blossoms) by Kauai artist Alan Akana
- This giclèe of the original watercolor (completed in July 2022) is professionally photographed and printed on acid-free, museum-quality paper by Printmaker Kauai, and comes with a written guarantee not to fade as long as it is professionally framed with acid-free products and museum-quality glass.
- There will only be 50 of this watercolor reproduced at this size (12x16 inches). This giclée is #1 in the series. A signed certificate is provided.

A private tour for four of the historic Smith Memorial Parsonage where the artist lives and paints - a refurbished plantation-style home in the heart of Koloa, previously owned by the Smith-Waterhouse Family, who first lived on the property in 1842. Full vaccination or face masks are required while indoors on the tour. The tour includes:
- Coffee or tea, along with delicious treats
- The story of the parsonage and the Smith-Waterhouse legacy
- A private viewing of the artist's original works in his gallery
- 2 greeting cards of the artist's work for each guest
- The date and time of the visit will be at the discretion of the highest bidder and the artist, and must take place by August 31, 2023.
Alan Akana is a Native Hawaiian self-taught watercolorist who specializes in painting tropical florals and the the flowers that are indigenous to the islands of Hawaii.

All bids are final and there will be no exchange or refunds. Auction winner will be responsible for all shipping costs and processing fee, to be added at the end of auction. Auctions items purchased are subject to Hawaii State General excise tax of 4.712%.
Local pickup can be arranged at our headquarters office in Kalaheo, HI. Items must be picked up in 60 days.
