Item Description:A certificate for Estate Planning Services w Daniel Burbar, Esq. on behalf of Shea Aiello, PLLC. 

This includes: 

This certificate can be used for estate planning services with Danial Burbar, Esq. on behalf of Shea Aiello, PLLC, a Michigan Professional Limited Liability Company.  These services include a complimentary consultation/meeting and the drafting of estate planning documents consisting of:

1.       One Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Affairs and one Healthcare Power of Attorney for a single person or Two Durable Powers of Attorney for Financial Affairs and two Healthcare Powers of Attorney for a married couple;

 2.       A Revocable Living Trust for a single person or One Joint Revocable Living Trust for a married couple; the trust implemented shall include a Certificate of Trust, a Certificate of Trustee Authority and Power, a Bill of Sale and a Comprehensive Transfer document.

 3.       A Pour-Over Will for a single person or Two Pour-Over Wills for a married     couple.

 4.       The preparation of one Warranty Deed and one Property Transfer Affidavit transferring a Michigan Primary Residence into trust ($40 Recording fee must be paid by the client for this service).

These services are valued at $1,500 - $2,200 US Dollars.  There is no cash value for this certificate.  Only Michigan adult residents are eligible to use this Certificate.  Redemption of this prize will be valid for one year from the date of issue. Services excluded are the preparation of:

-Revocable Living Trusts with Tax Planning Provisions (including Qualified Domestic Trusts and Qualified Terminable Interest Property Trusts),

-any Special Needs Planning (including testamentary and stand-alone Special Needs Trusts),

-Irrevocable Trusts such as Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts,

-Qualified Personal Residence Trusts,

-any Charitable Trusts,

-Real Estate Transfers other than the transfer of a Michigan Primary Residence to Trust,

-trust funding, and the preparation of documents regarding any business affairs, including but not limited to litigation, Real Estate Matters, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, sole proprietorships, or partnerships.

If implementation of an excluded matter is recommended by the attorney and executed, the client will be responsible for payment of any fees associated with such services.

Special Notes:At end of the silent auction, winners will be notified via email or text. Items will be processed, paid for and picked up at the auction tent. If you have won a silent auction item, but have already left the event, your items will be processed for payment using the credit card on file. You have 5 business days to pick up you auction items at the Freeland SportsZone. If not picked up, the items will be shipped to you at your expense. Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via The USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
