Item Description

On March 3, 1897, whiskey-making history was made.
The Bottled-in-Bond Act was signed into law—making
the U.S. government the guarantor of the whiskey's
authenticity—and one of our favorite American
Whiskey traditions was born.

#1 - Heaven Hill 7 Year Bottled-In-Bond

Heaven Hill 7 Year Bottled-In-Bond Kentucky Bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of the distillery's history when in 1939 it released Heaven Hill Bottled-In-Bond. The namesake brand quickly became the number-one-selling bourbon whiskey in the state of Kentucky. Still today, the craftsmanship poured into this bottle by the same founding family meets exacting standards first set forth in the Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897. This historic offering reflects on the company founders' firm belief it takes patience and perseverance to make something of great quality.

#2 - George Dickel Bottled-In-Bond

In 2019, George Dickel entered the Bottled in Bond category by launching the brand's Fall 2005 whisky, which earned the coveted "Whisky of the Year" award from Whisky Advocate and was the top-rated American Whiskey of 2019 by Wine Enthusiast. Bold and balanced, this latest release is an 11-year-old whisky was bottled in Fall 2008 and offers tantalizing notes of pecan, maple syrup and dried apple.  At 100 proof (50% ABV), this release of George Dickel Bottled in Bond is best enjoyed slowly neat or on the rocks and plays well in many classic cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Perfect Manhattan.

#3 - Henry McKenna 10 Year Single Barrel Bottled-In-Bond

Henry McKenna Single Barrel is the only extra aged Bottled-in-Bond Single Barrel Bourbon. This high proof, Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon was named for Henry McKenna, the Irish immigrant who adapted his family’s whiskey recipe to work the grains he found in Kentucky. Henry McKenna is the longest aged Bottled-in-Bond available today, resting in the barrel through 40 Kentucky seasons. Critics agree that this is perfectly balanced Bourbon
