Item Description

Personal, Purposeful and Private sessions with a Veriditas Faculty Member. This year, Veriditas Faculty Members are each offering a special individualized 60-minute session with a winning bidder via Zoom. Of course, each one brings a unique set of interests and perspectives to their work. Maybe you share an interest and would like to incorporate new ideas to your own practice of work. Or, maybe you attended a Friday walk or webinar and want to learn more about something you heard. Perhaps you have ideas you’d like to develop further. This is your time and your topic. The faculty bios will also give you a great place to start thinking about what your session might be.

The faculty member will connect with her/his winning bidder to schedule a 60-minute Zoom session on the topic chosen by that bidder after the close of the auction. When you meet, your faculty member will hold space and help you make the most of your time and this personal connection. Topic suggestions are listed below, though you are also welcome to create your own topic as well.

Topic Suggestions from Faculty Member:

• Pondering Portugal: Holding space for a fun chat about Laura's favorite sacred sites and energy spots in Portugal.
• Poetry of Place: Holding space for your questions about how to identify and connect with a sacred site near you through myths, legends and land energetics of the site
• Energetics and the Labyrinth: Holding space for your questions about connecting a labyrinth to the land through its Genesis Point and other energetic approaches to "Warming" a labyrinth
• Trusting the process: Holding space for your questions about tapping into your intuition and listening to the guidance of Spirit to prepare and offer labyrinth walks. Laura uses this approach for the handheld labyrinth meditations she facilitates for Veriditas. Questions about a specific labyrinth walk that you will be facilitating (whether virtual or in-person) are most welcome.
• Home as Sacred Space: Holding space for your questions about how Energetics and Feng Shui can support you to bring more balance to areas of your life, with a focus on a specific area if you have one in mind
• Personalized Portal Painting: Holding space for you to identify a specific purpose or area of your life in need of support, after which Laura will create for you a personal Portal Painting with this purpose in mind

With passion for myth and metaphor, Laura curates wisdom journeys and immersion experiences in Portugal’s mystical landscape. Laura is co-founder of EarthShamans, a SoulCollage® facilitator, and teaches Energetics of Art with Ubiquity University Wisdom School. She is trained in Sacred Landscapes, Intuitive Feng Shui, and the Personessence™ System of Understanding People. Laura holds both an M.A. in Wisdom Studies and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. 

Originally from the US and having worked in Silicon Valley for over ten years in high tech operations and management, Laura moved to Portugal to pursue her dream of an integrated life lived as a sacred journey shared with others. Now informed by more than ten years of immersion in the Portugal ecofield, Laura uniquely blends depth of experience, keen curiosity, and genuine open-heartedness as she facilitates wisdom journeys and pilgrimage experiences into Portugal's place-based myths.

Laura first met the labyrinth in 2001, on an Advent Quiet Day in Santa Cruz, California. Since that day, Laura has been a Labyrinth Enthusiast. She has served with Veriditas as a small group facilitator in Chartres, and teaches qualifying workshops and Labyrinth Facilitator Training in Europe.

Laura speaks English and Portuguese and lives near Lisbon with her husband and son, and their two dogs.
