Item Description
Anyone who's had grass-fed beef can vouch that it's simply the best type of beef. But how about if that cow was raised on a farm run by an MCS alum?
William Schonfeld '78 really took his farm education and ran with it. Today, he owns and operates Will-Sho Farm.
"At Will-Sho Farm, our mission is to provide you and your family with quality, nutritious food. We achieve this by treating our animals humanely and feeding them all natural, locally grown feeds. Our animals roam freely in the pastures of our family farm in the Cayuga Lake area of the Finger Lakes. These practices allow us to produce beef of superior quality and flavor. Our goal is to produce a wholesome product with exceptional taste and tenderness at a fair price."
Now's your chance to bid on 2 naturally raised, grass-fed Porterhouse steaks (approx. 1.5 lbs each). They've been dry-aged for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Shipped to your door or come if you're in the area, Will invites you to visit his farm!
Farm Tour included.
