Laura White Carpenter is a Providence RI-based artist who has been honored with recognition in a variety of media: sculpture, mixed media decorative and functional pieces, painting and photography. In recent years, her work has been accepted into nationally-recognized juried exhibits throughout the US. She holds a degree in art therapy and works daily as an occupational therapist, using art to connect hospitalized patients with their individual healing journeys.
