If you're unable to attend the live auction, you can leave a "high bid" amount online (no later than November 2nd, 5pm EST) and the auctioneer will represent your bid during the live event.

The Attleboro Arts Museum is auctioning off a "mystery artwork" donated by a highly acclaimed, award-winning artist. This mystery piece will be revealed when the gavel falls during Saturday, November 5th’s live auction and the lot is awarded to the highest bidder. This lot is a wonderful example of the artist's skill, mastery of color, light and composition.
The only details that can be shared at this time are:
• Medium: Oil on Arches Huile (oil) paper
• Size: 18.5” high x 16” wide x 1.25” deep (includes frame)
• Frame: White painted wood
• Color palette of artwork: Green, purple, white
• Subject: A playfully staged still life that will delight collectors - particularly those that adhere to a plant-based lifestyle (hint).
The artist:
Our mystery artist earned a BFA and MFA in painting at Boston University College for the Arts. They have the rare distinction of being juried into the Attleboro Arts Museum’s “8 Visions” exhibition three times! Their work has been exhibited extensively, received numerous awards, been featured in art periodicals, blogs, shared in numerous catalogs and is in public and private collections throughout the US.
