William Gibson recently switched his artistic endeavors in retirement to drone-based still photography. He was chosen as one of 8 juried member artists to participate in the AAM 2019 "8 Visions" exhibit. His photos have been used to promote art shows, been on display in Congress offices in D.C., and chosen as a calendar cover. He holds a B.A. in Art from Brown and is a published cartoonist.
"Marsh Grass Stream" is a drone still photo of the intricate and fascinating forms that nature provides from above. This photo was taken above an area of the Taunton River where the marsh grass provides a fabric-like pattern and texture.
