Item Description

Sarah is a clinical EFT Practioner. She loves helping creatives, athletes and performers who are stuck and struggling with phobias, self-doubt, imposter syndrome or performance anxiety; find ease, trust and confidence.

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT or "tapping," is a stress-reduction technique that combines elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy from modern psychology with the ancient eastern practice of acupressure.

Sometimes called "Acupuncture without the needles" or "Emotional acupuncture," Tapping involves gently tapping on acupressure points on the face and body while focusing on thoughts, emotions, or sensations and using cognitive statements.

Tapping sends calming signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. It moves you from the sympathetic nervous system (fight/flight/freeze) into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest.)

It rewires the brain and reduces the impact of memories or incidents that trigger emotional distress.

EFT can be used for:

Overcoming Performance Problems or Phobias
Moving through Grief and Loss
Reducing Stress or Anxiety
Releasing Limiting Beliefs
Clearing Blocks from Childhood Trauma
Career Goals and Releasing Procrastination

One hour of EFT reduces your cortisol, the stress hormone, by 43%. Evidence based and approved by the VA, there are 200+ scientific papers on the effect of EFT.

Must be used by February 2023
