To do this, we have created a fully equipped Pilates studio that offers all levels of both private and group classes taught by our classically trained instructors, most of whom have over 10 years of experience. Our neighborhood studio on the Upper West Side features Classical Pilates equipment by Gratz Pilates.

WHAT IS PILATES?
