Item Description

This beautiful one-of-a-kind scarf was hand-dyed, hand-woven and donated by local artist-weaver, Carolyn Jones, of Studio Ix Chel. Find multiple shades of brown in this special scarf, along with hints of yellow, purple, and blues throughout. This beautiful piece is soft and warm!  It's made of 70% silk, 15% bamboo, 15% tencel.  

This silky soft, yet warm scarf is 6 feet 5 inches long, 7 inches wide, and has 5 inches of fringe on both ends.  Care instructions: handwash warm with mild detergent, spin water out if you can, flat or line dry, when nearly dry...a brief spin in a warm dryer or hot iron to soften.

The winning bidder may pick up this item between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday at the Breast and GYN Health Project, 987 8th Street, Arcata, CA (Next to the Arcata Co-op). Masks are requested. Special pick-up times can be arranged: call 707-825-8345 or email Rosegz@hcbhp.org. We are willing to make arrangements for after-hours and weekend pick-ups. We will be closed on November 24th and 25th for Thanksgiving.
