Item Description

The basket for bourbon lovers.  Includes:

  • 750 ML of Larceny Bourbon ---- 92 proof
Larceny Bourbon  is named for John E. Fitzgerald, a bonded U.S. Treasury Agent who had access to the rickhouses, where Bourbon barrels were stored & aged. His position gave him the means and the opportunity to steal tastes of some of the best Bourbon. Using his keys, Fitzgerald would let himself into the rickhouses, thieve Bourbon from the best barrels, and take jugs of it home for himself.
Discover a taste worth stealing!  Using wheat instead of rye as the secondary grain, this signature Wheated Bourbon from Heaven Hill distilleries delivers a smoother taste that’s hard to resist.

  • 750 ML of Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon ---- 94 proof, Small Batch - Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Tasting Notes ---- Nose is "vanilla lemon cake." The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus. I'm not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa. Tasting notes courtesy of Bill Thomas,
    Jack Rose Dining Saloon

  • 750 ML of Navigator Bourbon ---This is a Kentucky Bourbon aged three years in American oak, then finished in Cabernet Sauvignon casks from Napa Valley's Navigator. The end result is a mellow sipper, with bright aromas that suggest golden raisin and peach nectar. The palate has a Sherry-like quality, showing dried fruit and a floral hint, finishing long on almond and lemon.

Item Special Note

These three bourbons are accompanied by 4 bourbon-sipping glasses, a set of bourbon rocks, and some snacks, all packaged in an apple basket.  Enjoy!
