CBS Studios COVID-19 Attendance Policies
In compliance with New York State’s adoption of the CDC guidelines for fully
vaccinated individuals, the audience will be at full capacity.
All attendees must:
• Be fully vaccinated and have received a COVID-19 booster shot (if eligible) prior to your date of attendance. According to the CDC, you are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 2 weeks after you have received a second dose in a 2-dose vaccine series or 2 weeks after you have received a single-dose vaccine. According to the CDC, you are eligible for a booster 5 months after your second dose of Moderna, Pfizer, Novavax, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Covaxin, Covisheld or AstraZeneca and 2 months after your single dose of Janssen/Johnson & Johnson.
At this time, only the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Moderna, Novavax, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Covaxin, Covisheld and AstraZeneca vaccines will be accepted. At this time, only the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 booster shots will be accepted. If you have recently recovered from Covid-19, you are eligible for a booster after you have met the criteria to discontinue isolation (unless otherwise advised by your doctor). If you have not received a Covid-19 Booster shot for any medical reason, please provide a written statement signed by a licensed physician stating that you qualify for a medical exemption.
• Provide in-person verification of full vaccination and booster shot. Prior to entering the theater, provide proof of official full vaccination and booster shot through the Excelsior Pass (for NY State Residents), CLEAR (if available to you), NYC CoVid Safe, Docket, NHS Covid Pass, Canadian COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination, or an original physical vaccination card (copies and photos will not be accepted). Trained individuals will be reviewing proof of vaccination at check-in.
• Wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth at all times while in the Theater. Masks with one-way valves, bandanas or neck gaiters are not allowed.
• Be 18 years of age or over, or 16 years of age or older if attending with a parent or legal guardian.
• Sign a COVID waiver upon check-in at the theater, if you did not complete the
waiver when requesting tickets. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian willneed to sign for you. Have a government-issued Photo ID.
Please be advised that we are unable to make any exceptions to the above requirements.
