Item Description
The Matheson is Sonoma's premier food and wine experience, featuring several unique restaurant concepts and a wine wall all shining under one roof. Partners Dustin Valette and Craig Ramsey have created the new hot spot with a name honoring Dustin's great grandfather who had a bakery on the site in the 1930s.
You enter The Matheson and find several beautiful restaurant styles in one—a luxurious bar with a wine wall where you can choose from dozens of wines using your own Wine Wall card; an open kitchen with bar-style seating where you can watch Chef Matt Brimer and his team create signature dishes, and an elegant seated dining room to relax and enjoy a meal with friends, colleagues or your special someone.
The winning bidder receives 3 bottles of Valette Rose of Pinot Noir packed with aromas of freshly baked strawberry and rhubarb pie, toasted creme brulee and citrus flowers. To achieve full and balanced harmony, the wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation, broadening the mouthfeel while maintaining the vibrant and crisp finish. The bright cherry and strawberry aromatics are accompanied by a slight tannic backbone and natural acidity of the coast, which creates a finish that is both rich and clean.
AND a gift card for $50 to come and play with the fun and delicious Wine Wall.
Item Special Note
