Item Description
Adults and older kids (3rd grade and up) are invited to attend this awesome 50-minute beach workout with our very own Ms. Hill.
Date: Thursday, December 8, 4:30pm
Location: Beach area off Rose Ave
Description:
Approx. 45 minute workout + cool down. This will be a high intensity workout best for older students and/or families. Tabata training breaks to create a HIIT workout (e.g. drills consisting of rounds of jumping jacks, sprints, push ups, burpees, Russian twists, etc. done in rounds of 8).
Please bring your yoga mat or towel.
Adult and kids in 3rd-5th grade only. Each minor participant is required to have a parent / guardian to supervise; if the parent / guardian would like to participate, they will also need to purchase a ticket to this activity.
