Item Description
The French farming families who created the classic galette recipe kept it simple, and Tartine Bakery's version remains faithful to their vision! Farm fresh apples will be sliced and folded with a sprinkle of sugar and a dash of brandy before being laid out on perfectly shaggy dough. It's true! Second grader Merrick Picache (with help from mom) bakes an excellent galette. Can be delivered chilled/ready-to-bake or freshly baked. Serves four to six guests. To be delivered on a mutually agreed upon date.
