2019 Hamel Family Wines - Sonoma - Isthmus Red Blend
With earthy notes of bay leaf, dried herb and crushed rock, this wine is made from estate sites from a variety of Bordeaux grapes. Youthfully grippy and intense, it shows great complexity and length, with firm tannin and plenty of room for aging; enjoy best from 2029–2034.
2013 Flora Springs - Napa Valley Three Keys - Cabernet Sauvignon
Though 2012 was a stellar vintage, 2013 may have been even better. In Napa Valley a warm, dry spring brought early bud break and created ideal conditions for flowering and fruit set. With the exception of one heat spike, temperatures in June and July were consistently in the zone for optimal vine activity, resulting in notably healthy vines as fruit went through veraison and ripening. Harvest was early, and when it came to a close it was about two weeks earlier than other Napa Valley harvests of the last decade.
2019 Stags Leap - Napa Valley - Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2019 Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon delivers expressive aromas of mocha, chocolate covered cherry, crushed raspberry, olive and thyme. Rich and flavorful, the wine is well-structured with fine grained tannins. The palate has a pleasing brambleberry note that leads to a long finish with a hint of oak spice.
