Item Description
Chicken Bone Broth:
A 32 oz jar of pasture-raised and organically fed chicken stock made just with our chicken backs, necks, and a little bit of salt. It’s minimally filtered but includes all the fat and is high in collagen.
Made in small batches.
Eggs: 1 dozen eggs
Our layers live their lives out on pasture during the growing season, are moved on to fresh grass every day, and fed organic grain. They eat bugs, worms and anything else they can find as they scratch and pick through the grass. During the winter they live in our hoop house on deep bedding. And we never give them any hormones. The result are eggs that are nutrient dense with higher in vitamin A, E, and omega-3s, lower in cholesterol and saturated fat, as well as contain significantly more vitamin D than conventional eggs.
