The 2014 FORTIS combines notable elegance with rich fruit intensity. Ripe mountain blackberry, cassis, dark plum, dark chocolate, sweet oak, coffee, and vanilla aromas lead to an expansive palate of dark cassis, espresso bean, plum, and black cherry. Pine Ridge barrel ages the wine in the winery's caves to mature flavors and integrate plush, layered textures. This is a seamless wine with great finesse that will continue to age gracefully.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 10, 2023, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.

Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 7, 2023, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 6 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
