Clif Family's Cold Springs Guest House, overlooking our certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, is the perfect Wine Country getaway. Located at the end of a quiet lane in the town of Angwin, just northeast of St. Helena, the house is nestled into the hillside and surrounded by old-growth redwood and pine trees.

The open floor plan allows for a comfortable and casual space to relax and unwind. It makes for a lovely and romantic getaway or a wonderful basecamp to reconnect with friends and family during a Napa Valley visit.

Winning bidder will be provided contact information to make arrangments. 

Item Special Note

Bidder must be at least 21 years old.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 10, 2023, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.

Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 7, 2023, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 6 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
