Item Description
Private apartment in a traditional Harlem townhouse. Minutes to the subway, restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds, and coffee shops. Easy access to Central Park, Museum Mile, West Side, and Times Square. The apartment comes with everything you need for a great stay in NYC. Located on the garden level you have a private entrance.
The apartment can sleep up to 4 adults with one BR and a fold-out couch. Children are welcome and owner can provide baby-related items.
The bedroom is very quiet and spacious and looks out onto the rear garden. It has a queen bed, desk, desk chair, and a large closet with hangers.
The living room features lots of seating, a Samsung Smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc.), and a DVD player.
There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom (units removed in the winter/cold weather). There are no laundry facilities in the apartment, but same-day laundry service is available nearby.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free, space.
This apartment is located 1 mile north of Central Park. It is a wonderful family neighborhood with various restaurants, bars, and playgrounds. Supermarkets are open late and there is a Whole Foods nearby.
