Item Description
Therapeutic Focus will provide ONE pediatric Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapy evaluation (with report) and TWO 45-minute treatment sessions (if child qualifies for therapy). Valued at $350, this item entails a certificate for an option of one of the following: 1. A comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluation that will address sensory dysfunction, fine motor, visual motor, visual perceptual, handwriting and/or executive function and TWO 45 treatment sessions (sessions provided if child qualifies). 2. A comprehensive Speech and Language Evaluation, which will address articulation, language, reading, auditory processing, voice, fluency, etc. and TWO 45 treatment sessions (sessions provided if child qualifies). 3. A comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluation that will address gross motor deficits and TWO 45 treatment sessions (sessions provided if child qualifies). Therapy evaluation and treatment services performed at Therapeutic Focus West Memphis, AR location. Virtual services are available for AR and TN residents (in compliance with AR and TN therapy state board regulations).
