This gorgeous remodeled 3 bedrooms 2 bath house is surrounded by a large, private, lush yard which includes a large pool, an outside shower, a covered dining area ideal for barbecues, a hammock shaded by the palm trees and a large front sectional sofa to enjoy stunning sunsets in front of a warm outdoor firepit, and to later on count the stars in the sky. With more than 7,400 sq ft of outdoor/indoor living area, this Palm Springs home has an abundance of space to enjoy a sunny getaway in casual elegance, with a dozen of enormous palm trees and mountain views all around. Plus, pick limes from our lime tree for your Margaritas! The indoor and its furnishings will continue to bring you to a classic and authentic mid-century home. The large open-space living room includes two lounging areas, one with a Smart 4K TV, the other one dedicated for a more relaxing time, perfect for indoor yoga, openings a book, play some vintage games or to enjoy our high speed internet wifi. The indoor dining is facing a large window with cactus planted to keep your desert experience all the way and is attached to a fully equipped kitchen, with brand new modern appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine). We also partnered with a vineyard to create our own 'Casa Evelyne' wine. The kitchen takes you directly to the covered patio to allow more comfort during the day after relaxing in the pool. Enjoy our brand new barbecue and at night, turn on the string light to make your retreat unforgettable. Additionally, the three bedrooms are bright and each bedroom offers great privacy. Two bedrooms have their own access to the frontyard and breathtaking mountain views. The Master bedroom suite has a pool view and its private bath. Each bedroom includes a memory foam bed, new linens, towels and pillows - and comfortably sleeps up to 6. All bedrooms are linked through a hallway in which you'll find a large hidden washer and dryer. This house is fully gated making it very private, secure and quiet. The large front yard has a hammock and a large sectional with its outdoor firepit for cozy colder nights during winter, and the backyard has a large pool that you can enjoy all year long with our 'Palm Springs' mural, made by a local artist. The house is perfectly located to explore the area. Located 7 minutes away from the main street of Palm Springs, 5 minutes away from Cathedral City and just 40 minutes away from Joshua Tree. Trader Joe's, Target, Von's and all the main stores are all less than 10 minutes away. This Palm Springs home is located one minute walking away from a giant park and its stunning views. Our garage fits two cars and the driveway another two cars. The driveway is located inside the gate for more security. You will also find two electric bikes available to go explore the city.
