The tickets are good for 60-minute time-slot bookings. The Museum does not offer open entry tickets.

Item Special Note
Once tickets are successfully auctioned off, the HSMSE Auction Committee will collect the winning bidder's name and email address, and forward this information to the Museum. The Museum will contact the winning bidder directly to schedule them into the Museum's system for a time-slot of the winning bidder's choosing.
Once the Museum reaches out to the winning bidder, tickets will be valid for up to 6 months.
Same day scheduling requests are not possible. The Museum typically requires at least one week's notice to ensure time-slot availability.
Reservations may be rescheduled, but we cannot allow entry past the start of the reserved time-slot.
As the Museum's reservation system is completely online, they will not be able to supply physical ticket vouchers.
No food/drinks are allowed in the museum.
Please be aware that the Museum is not 100% wheelchair accessible. The first floor can be accessed via elevator; however, the second floor is only accessible by staircase. If any visitors require the use of our first-floor elevator, please notify the Museum in advance so that the staff can prepare it for the guests. That being said, as the first floor is about 75% of all of the exhibits, and the Museum offers complimentary visits to all persons with disabilities that prevent the use of stairs.
