Tai chi, the ancient Chinese teaching of living in harmony with nature has gained a great deal of notice and popularity in recent years. Its versatility as a system of meditation, physical coordination, health, self-defense and consciousness-raising has gained many admirers. Tai Chi reconnects the mind to the body, and has many physical benefits when done properly.
Drew Roots, has been a licensed massage therapist since 1989. He enjoys practicing a number of different modalities with a strong combination of presence, intention, experience, and intuition. He practices Qi Gong and meditation regularly. San Miguel Wellness Retreat is a little desert oasis! Fruit trees, gardens, nearby creek and occasional deer all help you relax and be comfortable. The massage room is decorated with specific colors to calm and soothe your mind. Excellent service and atmosphere.
