Mitchell's WOOL FAT SOAP & Mitchell's Hand & Body Lotion:
MITCHELL’S WOOL FAT SOAP was first produced in the early 1930’s by Bradford chemist Fred Mitchell who realized that the natural lanolin content of wool fat, which kept the hands of local sheep shearers and wool sorters so exceptionally soft, could also be beneficial to delicate complexions and sensitive skins.
A simple and natural product, this soap is still made to Mr Mitchell’s original formula, based on a recipe from the turn of the century and incorporating lanolin from the wool fat as the key ingredient. Imported from England for wool and nature lovers everywhere.

Sachet:
Felted in our Sonoma County Workshop from local wool, this woodsy sachet is filled with Balsam Fir from Maine, USA. Smells like a lovely forest. Scents a suitcase, drawer or anywhere in the house. Dimensions: 4.5" x4.5"

Pick up/shipping information:
At auction close, item will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick-up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.
Items are shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with the United States Postal Service. If the item(s) do(es) not fit into a Flat Rate Shipping box, the item(s) will be boxed into an appropriate box and the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team. If more than one item is won, we will combine shipping. Insurance will be added to the shipping costs. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wed, March 30th, 2022 from 2:00-6:00pm, and Thursday, March 31st, 2022 from 1:00-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick-up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
