Item Description
-60-minute timeslot bookings.
-Tickets may only be redeemed for timeslots on non-holiday weekdays
-Same day scheduling requests are not possible. We typically require at least 1 weeks' notice to ensure timeslot availability.
-Reservations may be rescheduled, but we cannot allow entry past the start of the reserved timeslot
-As our reservation system is completely online, we would not be able to supply physical ticket vouchers.
-No food/drinks are allowed in the museum
-Please be aware that the museum is not 100% wheelchair accessible. Our first floor can be accessed via elevator; however, our second floor is only accessible by staircase. If any visitors will require the use of our first-floor elevator, please have them notify us in advance so our staff can prepare it for them. That being said, as our first floor is about 75% of all of our exhibits, we offer complimentary visits to all persons with disabilities that prevent the use of stairs.
