Item Description
Visit this one-of-a-kind Adirondack-inspired house in Kensington, hear the stories of its creation, and have lunch with the owners. The place began in 1900 as a farm, but in 1915 it was it was transformed into a summer home and small camp for girls named Sunny Knoll. Eighty-five years later it was reimagined and re-made as home for Preservation Company principal, Lynne Monroe, and her husband, timber framer Frank Whittemore.
While writing an article for NH Home Magazine, Andi Axman called it a work of art. You can read about it at https://www.nhhomemagazine.com/a-magical-renovation, but it's much better in person!
Item Special Note
