Item Description
This year the students of Ms. Lau and Ms. Glasser’s classes combined forces to create community through their art with the guidance of HCES Art and Ceramics mastermind, Ms. McBride! Inspired by the art in Advice From The Second Grade, these one-of-a-kind art pieces will remind you of the joy, kindness and community our children give us every day.
1 pair of ceramic vases, hand painted by the students of the 2nd grade.
Each vase is 9” tall; the mouth of each vase is 2.25” wide; the base is 3” wide.
Pottery was donated by Color Me Mine, Upper West Side.

NOTE: Bidding for this item will begin online and will be moved to the live auction at the Gala on May 6, 2023. ONLINE BIDDING FOR THIS ITEM WILL CLOSE ON MAY 5, 2023 AT 11:59 pm. If you will not be present at the Gala, be sure to place your maximum bid online before the deadline. Maximum bids will be carried over as absentee bids during the live event. This is to ensure that all members of the HCES community can participate even if you are not able to join us at the live event.
PICK-UP / DELIVERY: The winner of this art piece will be able to take it home at the end of the Gala on May 6. If you win the item through your online bid and are not present at the Gala, the Benefit Co-Chairs will contact you to arrange pick up or delivery of the item in the days subsequent to the Gala.
