You are bidding on two (2) pounds of Cognoscenti Coffee whole bean coffee.
You will recieve the following:
It's a Hoot Blend 12 oz
Our friendly house blend is calling for you. It’s good for any occasion, any brew method, or that friend that you’re just not quite sure what they like.
Currently, it’s a blend of Central and South American coffees with flavors of toffee, graham cracker, and date.
El Salvador Alejandro Valiente 12 oz
Tasting Notes: pecan pie, lemon candy, milk chocolate
The washed Pacas and Bourbon AA from El Salvador, Metapan is big and rich.
This is part of a series of coffees we purchased from Mr. Valiente, owner of Cafenor, who focuses on social and environmental sustainability. The mills run on solar and they use water that is recycled and reused making this a certified carbon neutral facility. They have also invested into the LaGeo Project, using geothermal practices to make energy for sustainable for all of El Salvador.
