Artist Biography:
Meghan Perlow is a local floral designer who enjoys venturing into other mediums to explore the combination of colors and textures. When all event work stopped during the pandemic, Meghan purchased a laser cutter to continue designing in a totally new format. With the inclusion of whales for this year's festival, it gave the artist a chance to really explore the more artistic and hand made look that such a precise machine could produce.
