Affordable luxury is characteristic of each room, tastefully decorated and furnished with elegant and comfortable antiques and reproductions. For our guests’ convenience, we also include a mini refrigerator, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a ceiling fan in each room. Rose Cottage and the Hearth Room also offer guests a cozy, seasonally functional fireplace with sitting area. Central heating and air conditioning keep our rooms comfortable year round.

Recognizing the unique needs of our corporate clientele, we developed a group of special amenities and services, not typically found in run-of-the-mill cookie cutter hotels and meeting facilities, and specifically designed to make your stay a relaxing, enjoyable experience. All of our buildings are wireless with no fees.

PET POLICY
If you plan to bring your pet, you must notify us at the time you make your reservation, as pets are only allowed in The Derby Room and The Rose Cottage, our designated “Pet Friendly” rooms. We love our canine travelers. We charge a $30.00 pet fee per pet, per stay. Maximum canine occupancy is 2.

The winning bidder will redeem their certificate directly with the business that posted the experience. Detailed instructions will be included on the issued certificate.
