Winter Park Colorado 4-nights stay in a 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom private residence for 6 people: look no further for your perfect mountain getaway in any season!

Return from your outdoor adventures to the warmth of this spacious, well-appointed private residence with breathtaking views of the slopes, located in the most prestigious neighborhood in Winter Park.

Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the private 3rd-floor master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full over queen bunk bed in the third bedroom, plus a queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. 

Relax with friends and family in the plush great room, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and large dining table. Enjoy the sunset from the townhome’s large deck or soak in the private outdoor hot tub while you watch the snow gently fall around you. Settle down before the fireplace and enjoy a Blu-Ray movie in surround sound!

Home is located approximately 1 mile from the base of the slopes.

Item Special Note

Package Redemption 

Your package Redemption Certificate will be emailed to initiate the booking process. Please allow 15 business days after your event to receive your certificate.

Reservations must be booked 60 days before travel, and property inventory is subject to availability.

Reservations must be booked within 12 months, and travel must be completed within 24 months of notification.

Once confirmed, all reservations are final. Packages may not be transferred or resold.

All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and nonrefundable.

Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

Colorado Private Residence 

Ground Transportation and $500 damage deposit are not included. Blackout dates are Thanksgiving and from December 18th - January 8th.
