Item Description
This is the FIRST copy of this 520-piece puzzle (production begins later in 2024) which measures 16 x 20 inches.
This image is "Henry David Thoreau's Concord, Mass., circa July 4, 1845," a detailed and illustrated bird's-eye-view map, set on the day Thoreau moved into his Walden house. Illustrated in the style of a 19th-century "Bird's Eye" map.
Illustrator John Roman produced this map through research funded in part by a Thoreau Society Fellowship (2003) and with input from many experts.
Purchase of this item supports Thoreau Farm Trust (TFT) and the preservation of Henry David Thoreau’s Birthplace.
