Our clubs have the best and most dedicated group fitness instructors in the city, as well as an outstanding personal training team that will tailor your fitness experience to be exactly what you need.

You’ll work out with state-of-the-art green turf areas, dedicated functional training spaces, rock climbing walls, indoor and outdoor lap pools. Our beautiful group fitness studios are a hub for hundreds of conveniently scheduled group classes like BODYPUMP, Zumba, Kickboxing, Yoga, and more, included in your membership. But our services don’t end there. Swim Lessons services all help make your CAC gym the place that fits you perfectly. As a CAC member, you have access to hundreds of weekly Group Fitness classes with formats including dance, yoga, cycling, strength training, boxing classes, and aqua aerobics.

Looking for gyms with a pool? We've got you covered there too! Our Evanston, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, and West Loop locations have pools for your enjoyment! Lakeview's pool is even on the roof!

CAC's professional-style weight rooms are designed to provide you with a space to independently reach your strength training goals or get personal training to work with some of the best Personal Trainers in the Chicagoland area.

CAC's Sports Training programs include a competitive Masters Swim Team as well as a Triathlon Training program.

Dedicated Pilates studios offer one-on-one sessions and small group classes to members and non-members at our Lincoln Park and Evanston locations.
