Bid to win a Vacation in Lake Tahoe for Christmas (Dec 20-27)

Take a trip to South Lake Tahoe during the week of Dec 20th and stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home located  in the Christmas Valley area of South Lake Tahoe.

Property Features

Main Bedroom has a Qeen Bed.  Second Bedroom has one double and one single bed.

Central gas heat; attached two car garage.

It is fully stocked w everything you need. Be advised cooking is very difficult at altitude. Internet is available. All TVs include Netflix and Prime. Main Tv also includes Hulu Live+. There are NO parental locks on any of the TVs. Please do not purchase any movies on these owners streaming accounts.

Available Dates are Dec 20 to Dec 27 ONLY

ID required for all guests and a list of the number of people.  Winner will be put in contact with homeowner.

Max occupancy is 4 adults OR 2 adults and 3 children.

Can accommodate 1 dog (no cats)

Check out by 3pm.

Please note:

- If snow is predicted, you must have a vehicle that will fit in the garage - Ford F150 - Double Cap; Standard Bed - just fits.

- No electric vehicle charging available

- No parking in unauthorized areas or your car will be towed

RULES AND OTHER INFORMATION

• Non transferable. User must be named during event on April 6, 2024.
• No replacement week available. No extension of time available
• No other activity or items included except the home and its use for said dates.
• Responsible party MUST supply current ID along w list of all ppl staying in the home prior to receiving door code.
• Responsible person MUST also be at the home for the entire length of stay any others may be there.
• No cash value
• Not responsible for costs incurred should you leave early, power loss, or something failing inside the home requiring exit. There is an emergency pull cord generator, gas powered, located in the garage that could be utilized OUTSIDE if needed. Do not use in enclosed garage. It is our home and we will do our best to fix immediate items like water heater, furnace, etc. but can not promise corrective action time.
• Dogs MAY be approved w our approval prior. If approved you are required to follow all laws regarding pets.
• Release of liability required by all adults and in power of any children w regards to hot tub use in the back yard. It does not have any locks except the standard plastic latches. It can not be drained for your stay during winter months without risk of freezing and potentially hose failure. Not responsible for unsupervised children use, slip and falls, hot water scalding, alcohol consumption while using hot tub. The temperature is fully programmable by user at any given time.
• Release also includes slip n falls due to ice and snow on property. Shovels are available in garage and on the deck, along w salt for the ice. Snow removal for driveway only.
• South Lake Tahoe has very strict noise ordinance laws. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 pm and 8 am. Fines can be as high as 1500 per occurrence. You will be responsible should a ticket be issued and could be asked to vacate.
  NO PARTIES!! This is a residential area. There are outdoor cameras located above the garage door w flood lights, ring camera, 1 on each side of the house facing the front of the house, and lastly on the rear deck w flood lights.
