The full kitchen, open living area with a large 65 inch 4K UHD TV, balcony with beautiful views, and a propane BBQ provide the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the scenic vistas.

Enjoy scenic walks to Mammoth Creek and experience the stunning Fall colors in the eastern Sierra. The Mammoth Community Park is just a short walk away, where your kids can enjoy multiple play gym sets and swings.

In the winter, Mammoth Lakes transforms into a winter wonderland with world-class skiing and snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort, as well as opportunities for ice skating, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, sledding, and more.

Please note that our condo is equipped with a pellet stove fireplace in the family room, which provides ample heating during the winter months. Each room also has electric radiant heaters for added comfort. Please be aware that this condo does not have forced air heating.

***PLEASE NOTE*** During peak season, from December 18 to January 8, check-in is between 6-7:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We regret that we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late check-outs during this period due to the strong demand of our cleaning company during this peak season ***

PARKING- We have 1 assigned spot in front of the condo & are allowed 1 spot in the guest parking area for a total of 2 vehicles during the winter.

Local pickup time is Friday May 3rd, 11:30am until 1:30pm at the front entrance of La Costa Heights Elementary (3035 Levante St, 92009).

Items cannot be shipped or mailed - local pick up only.
