- Room will accommodate 2 adults and may contain a large bed or two smaller beds at hotel's discretion

Wine tour will be 5 to 8 hours and departing from take-off points in Napa or Paso Robles (hotel pickup may be included, but not guaranteed). Tour will be a small-group tour (not private). Gratuities and tasting fees at each winery (~$35 per winery) not included.

WHICH HOTELS ARE AVAILABLE?

There is a wide variety of hotels available for this package. The hotels available depend on the check-in date. There are typically more options available outside of peak season and during weeknights. Availability is subject to change as room inventory at a particular hotel fluctuates. Bidders can view available dates and hotels for this package, were they to book today, via the link in the item description. TravelPledge Destinations does not provide a static list of available hotels.

Item Special Note

Valid for a wide range of dates throughout the year. Subject to availability when you book. There will be more availability outside of peak season. Travelers must be at least 21 y.o. Paid upgrades and extended dates may be available when you book. Must book vacation within 12 months of purchase. Vacation is non-refundable and fully transferable. You'll contact the vacation provider directly to select dates and book the vacation.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 from 12:40-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California. 

All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
