Item Description
This is a porcelain bowl with steep sides measuring 6 x6. Glazed all over with copper based Oxblood Red. A Strawberry pot. Copper is very active when fired to 2300 degrees and it often lifts off the piece and adheres to a nearby piece. This bowl shows signs of that phenomenon where the red is missing or faded. Its that organic nature of clay and fire that creates the excitement.
