Thousand Waves is a Martial Arts & Self-Defense Center located at 1220 W Belmont Avenue in Chicago.
The gift certificate is good for ONE (1) of the following FOUR (4) options:
1. A 3-hour Self Defense Workshop for up to TWO (2) people - $150 value
The single session workshop will give you verbal, physical, and mental tools for preventing violence when possible and confronting it if necessary. OR
2. A 12-hour Self Defense Course for ONE (1) person - $225 value
Thousand Waves offers multi-session, multi-week courses that provide a more in-depth examination of the mental and physical tools for preventing and confronting violence. OR
3. Two months of karate training and a uniform for a new adult or child (5 years or older) - $100 value
We train in Seido karate as a vehicle for health and empowerment. Our ongoing classes promote positive fitness outcomes while developing mental focus and a strong, non-quitting spirit within a welcoming, diverse community. OR
4. One month of regular fees for a current training member of Thousand Waves.
