Item Description
Let Synergy Parent Vera Zaskodna, along with North Beach local Ben Diez, aka the Vending King, entertain you and bring the flavors of Spain to your home. Ben will cook the mouth-watering paella, and Vera, Clementine's mom, will make her renowned sangria. The paella dish consists of fresh shrimp, clams, mussels, chicken thighs, Spanish sausage, bell peppers, and onions mixed with arborio rice, and it can serve up to 12 people.
Ben came to North Beach in 1965 and fell in love with the neighborhood, which he calls home to this day. In 1974, he founded Bayco Vending, which provides San Francisco and beyond with excellent vending services. In addition to being a Renaissance man, Ben's passion includes cooking—specializing in Paellas, which he enjoys making as a way of giving back. He loves to connect people over food!
Relax & enjoy a truly special evening with friends!
Item Special Note
Mutually agreeable Sunday only in San Francisco. The house must have an outdoor space for cooking the paella on the grill. For up to 12 people
