Item Description
Bus Stop Paintings is a series of watercolors by Chicago-based artist, Diego Bleifuss Prados.
The paintings are an attempt to capture, celebrate, and preserve the vernacular architecture and beauty of neighborhood shops, storefront signs, and street corners.
His paintings are absolutely evocative of Chicago and we are so excited that he donated some of his prints to the auction again this year!
- 5th Avenue Foods is of a storefront on - you guessed it - West 5th Avenue in East Garfield Park.
- Peluquería Nuevo México is of a storefront on 18th Street in Pilsen.
Both prints are 8" x 10" and ready to be framed.
