This was generously donated by a Hunter family.
Come getaway for the weekend at this lovely vacation home in Hudson Valley, 2.5 hrs north of NYC, in Copake, NY. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. While the house is not on the Copake Lake, it has a pool open from June to September.

Copake is situated two hours north of New York City, on the New York corner where Massachusetts and Connecticut connect. It is a magical place where nature’s the real star. From the sweeping landscapes dotted with cows or crops to the Taconic Hills and Copake Lake, there is something for every nature enthusiast to do.
Whether you hike, hunt, boat, swim, ski, bird watch or read, this town is truly a treasure along the Taconic. The drive or Amtrak train ride to Hudson north along the river is a treat for the eyes. The light in this corner of the Hudson Valley is unequaled, and more spectacular than the famed Hudson River School paintings that feature its magic hour and historic homes.
Several rental companies offer water sports entertainment on the nearby lake. You can rent a pontoon boat on Copake lake or try your hand at paddle boarding or kayaking.
Copake is a place that begs you to stop, engage the senses and indulge in a day off that usually ends with star gazing and beckons the New York City day tripper to your best sleep ever.
