lead-in room category. This certificate is subject to availability, holidays, and blackout dates. Special events are excluded. It does not include airfare, any additional guests or extra room nights, is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be extended. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired. Credit will not be given on any unused part of this certificate. Reservations must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to travel dates. You will need this original certificate to redeem your prize.

Premium Week: December 20, 2024 - January 02, 2025
Presidents Week: February 17- 24, 2025

*If the winning bidder did not purchase a ticket or sponsorship to the gala, a $100 surcharge will be applied to the winning bid. Bidding is your acceptance of the terms and conditions and is entering a contract agreeing to pay if you are the winning bidder. The credit card that the winning bidder has provided will be charged at the time the auction ends, which will be 10 PM EST on April 26, 2025.

Travel arrangements are not provided by JCo Travel by purchasing this certificate, they may be requested by the traveler but will incur an additional planning fee,  that cost will be determined at the time of the request
