Item Description
KRFY's Holiday Spectacular Live Radio Show is once again coming to the airwaves and a venue near you, and one of the biggest highlights of the show- and some would say the holiday season- is the fabulous band of musicians that accompanies the featured performers throughout the program. In years past they've been called The Tinsel Trio, the Sleigh Bell Syndicate, the World's Jolliest Band... and this year, you can decide what to call them. Any name will do, and KRFY is happy to help you come up with something festive. You'll be credited during the performance (unless you prefer to remain anonymous) and receive four (4) tickets to the event, with prime reserved seats.
About the show: a two hour live broadcast from one of our areas premiere performance venues, featuring music, storytelling, and some light radio drama. Past shows have included musicians like Katelyn Shook, Buster Brown, Mike Wagoner and Utah John Stoll, Larson Gardens, Brendan Kelty, Beth Pederson, the Sandpoint High School Choir, and many more, with stories written and read by Ammi Midstokke, Sandy Compton, Emily Erickson, Zach Hagadone, and Jen Jackson Quintano. The KRFY Holiday Spectacular has become a highlight of the holiday season in North Idaho. Mark your calendars to tune in or attend the program in person this year, (tentatively) scheduled for December 5th with a rebroadcast on Christmas Eve.
