Item Description
$500 gift certificate to the soon-to-open Koast Maui Restaurant by Chef Chris Cosentino opening in Wailea, Maui in early 2025.
About Koast:
James Beard Award-nominated chef Chris Cosentino joins forces with industry veterans David and Alicia Soboda to unveil Koast, Maui's newest culinary destination. Together the team brings over four decades of combined hospitality experience. The husband-and-wife team were instrumental in opening Cockscomb, Cosentino’s acclaimed San Francisco restaurant, and now Cosentino joins the Soboda’s in opening their debut restaurant venture. Koast embodies a shared vision of simple, honest food and showcases the team’s commitment to local ingredients.
Inspired by the culture and connection of Hawaii and its people, Koast will celebrate seasonal bounty, whole-animal preparation, and generous family-style plates suited for every gathering and celebration. Patrons are invited to come as they are for every occasion: whether enjoying fresh, light bites and a beer, or feasting on whole fish paired with a bottle of wine. The menu will showcase imaginative local offerings, paying homage to Maui's farmers, ranchers, and fishers. Through thoughtful dishes that honor the full value of Hawaii's natural resources, the restaurant aims to forge a meaningful connection between the food, the island, and the community.
The restaurant, located in Wailea, will be opening this winter with indoor and al fresco dining options, featuring a wraparound lanai that offers diners striking views of Molokini Crater. To learn more about Koast, visit: www.koastmaui.com or follow @KoastMaui on Instagram.
