David has provided leadership, consulting and investment banking advice to more than 100 businesses in a career spanning three decades.

His clients range from small (under $5 million in annual sales) to Fortune 500 companies. Many of his clients are privately held, family businesses.

David has an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University (ranked #2 in the United States by the Wall Street Journal) and a Bachelors in Science in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

He has diverse experience and perspective to give his clients from his years as a lead consultant for Touche Ross (now Deloitte Consulting), a Vice President of Corporate Finance for McDonald & Co., a partner of a boutique turnaround firm, and a crisis manager of a $150 million consumer products manufacturer.

Dave has started 3 businesses and has lived or worked in more than 60 countries and speaks French.

He is a writer of numerous business articles and co-author of The Turbocharged Company, and a frequent speaker on business issues.

David is one of only 200 Certified Turnaround Professionals and is currently President of the Ohio Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.

He has also been active on several boards of non-profit organizations, is married with two sons and has many interests including racquet sports, golf, skiing, auto racing and history.
