Kathie is a partner in the firm and is the group leader of the Commercial and Public Finance Group. She focuses her practice on the development and documentation of complex commercial loan transactions, private debt, and equity and mezzanine placements, asset securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, creditors' rights and sales and other dispositions of assets. Kathie maintains practices in both the firm's Cleveland and New York City offices.
